Master Bedroom & Ensuite

Our Fee will be £550 (VAT exempt) to provide:

Structural layouts, structural details and design calculations

This will also include an initial inspection of the property to assess the existing arrangement


Typical Single Storey Extension Project:-

Semi-Detached or Terraced Property 

Single Storey Rear Extension

Existing Rear Wall Removed to allow open plan living 

Our Fee will be £450 (VAT exempt) to provide:

Structural layouts, structural details and design calculations

This will also include an initial inspection of the property to assess the existing arrangement


Typical Double Storey Extension Project:-

Semi-Detached or Terraced Property 

Double Storey Rear Extension

Existing Rear Wall Removed to allow open plan living 

Our Fee will be £650 (VAT exempt) to provide:

Structural layouts, structural details and design calculations

This will also include an initial inspection of the property to assess the existing arrangement
